The room was showing signs of age, but the price was right for the amount of space. It also did not do a good spin because the clothes were still soaked. When the laundry machine was done, we noticed our clothes were hot. We did a load of laundry and put it on Cold/Cold. Dishwasher and laundry pods were provided. There was in-room laundry and a dishwasher. There were more TVs than people in our group.

Despite our efforts to air out the room by opening windows and lighting a candle, the smell stayed.
There was a strong musty smell when we walked into the room. We were upgraded from a two bedroom to a three bedroom which was a wonderful surprise. Oscar checked us in and he was kind and helpful. We stayed here for four nights and were happy with the amount of space we had. Overall I felt this was a great place to stay and was a perfect base for the parks. Very close to Disney - less than 1 mile to one of the entrance gates so a great location for those looking for a good base for the parks. Did need a short taxi ride to larger supermarkets eg Walmart. Location: on palm parkway so easy walk to some shops, restaurants, chemist and 7/11. Staff : really helpful - we didn’t need a lot but were great on check in and helping sort a late check out and then storing luggage. There was also a washing machine and dryer which was really handy and was great for freshening towels, clothes and it was very quick and fast. Kitchen: good cooking facilities including microwave, cooker etc and enough utensils to cook an average meal. Every room (and the living room) had large flat screen TV’s. Good storage and plenty of plugs for charging etc. Plenty of towels and there were refill containers of shower gel, shampoos, conditioner in the bathrooms. Master bedroom had en-suite bathroom and other 2 rooms had another bathroom. There were pool towels in the apartment for use at the pool. There was a pool which we didn’t use as we were at parks/water parks everyday, but it looked well kept and had plenty of sun loungers. The resort: - very quiet and we didn’t hear anything in adjoining rooms/apartments. Everything was brand new and it was well laid out with lots of space for the 6 of us. We stayed in a 3 bedroom refurbished suite and it was perfect. Having read some previous reviews I was a bit concerned. We stayed here for 16 nights to visit Disney and it was the perfect base.
